• Provider: The Team organizing and facilitating the retreat and coaching sessions.

• Participant: Any individual enrolled in the 3-day retreat and 1-year coaching program.

• Retreat: A 3-day immersive experience designed for personal and professional growth.

• Coaching Path: A series of 12 coaching sessions provided over the course of one year following the retreat.

Participants must be at least 18 years old and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

• Registration: Participants must complete a registration form and provide necessary personal information.

• Payment:

  • Standard Price: The total cost of the program is €7500. A payment of 50% (€3750) is required at least 6 weeks before the retreat commences. The remaining 50% (€3750) must be paid on or before the first day of the retreat.

  • Late Registration Price: For registrations made between 6 and 3 weeks before the retreat, the total cost is €8200, with the full amount due upon registration.

  • Discounts: Participants who bring a friend receive a 10% discount. Company parties of 3 or more full participants receive a 15% discount. Companions who do not participate in any activities nor in coaching receive a 75% discount.

• Refund Policy: There are no refunds. Participants are suggested to get insurance in their country of origin, to cover losses in case of inability to attend due to illness, injury, or other serious personal reasons that can be documented and proven.

• Location: Information about the retreat location, accommodation, and facilities will be provided upon registration.

• Schedule: A detailed schedule will be shared prior to the retreat. Participants are expected to adhere to the schedule.

• Activities: Activities may include workshops, group discussions, individual reflection, and recreational activities. Participants are encouraged to engage fully.

Inclusions: The price includes the retreat, coaching sessions, all local transportation (including from/to the airport), breakfasts, and dinners.

• Sessions: The 1-year coaching path includes 12 individual coaching sessions, typically one per month.

• Scheduling: Sessions will be scheduled in advance by mutual agreement between the coach and the participant.

Cancellation and Rescheduling: Participants must provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a session. Missed sessions without notice will not be rescheduled or refunded.

• Engagement: Participants are expected to actively engage in both the retreat and coaching sessions.

• Confidentiality: Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of other participants' personal information and shared experiences.

Conduct: Respectful and considerate behavior is required at all times during the retreat and coaching sessions. The provider reserves the right to remove any participant who disrupts the program.

• Facilitation: The provider will facilitate the retreat and coaching sessions in a professional manner.

• Support: The provider will offer support and resources throughout the program.

Confidentiality: The provider will maintain the confidentiality of participant information, except where disclosure is required by law.

• Assumption of Risk: Participants acknowledge that participation in the retreat and coaching sessions involves certain risks. By enrolling, participants assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur.

Release of Liability: The provider is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur during the retreat or coaching sessions.

These terms and conditions may be amended by the provider at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the provider is based.
